To ensure you receive our system in a timely manner, Brighter Image Lab ships all international orders using the best shipping method for your country. You may also contact us to request your preferred shipping method at your own cost.
Because best shipping methods and prices vary from country to country we charge international shipping fees but not taxes and/or tariffs. After the payment has cleared, we will send you an email, with the order total including shipping costs for you to confirm your order.
If you live overseas but will be visiting the United States we can ship your order to where you will be staying. If you will be staying at a hotel/lodge/inn please type in your credit card billing address as your address and let us know where you will be staying in the shipping address along with the dates of your stay in the additional comments section. If needed, we will contact your destination and make any necessary arrangements.
Your credit card will be charged before the order is shipped.
